Aehren has been recognized as Sportsperson of the Year multiple times at his school, reflecting his consistent dedication and outstanding performance in athletics.

His journey in competitive sports began in 2021 when he won the Haryana State Under-14 Championship. In 2022, he clinched the gold medal in the Delhi Under-14 Athletics Meet and subsequently represented Delhi State at the North Zone Athletics Championship in Karnal, where he secured a commendable 4th place finish.

For three consecutive years, Aehren has proudly represented his school at the ISSO (International Schools Sports Organization) national competitions, earning accolades for both himself and his institution. ISSO hosts prestigious annual athletic events across India, bringing together top athletes from schools affiliated with the Cambridge and International Baccalaureate curriculam - securing 3rd position in 2022, 2nd position in 2023, and 1st position in 2024.

Following his first-place finish at the ISSO meet, Aehren advanced to represent India at the ISF (International School Sport Federation)—a global athletic competition where students from around the world compete on behalf of their countries.

Aehren trains under the mentorship of Mr. Amit Khanna, former titleholder of India’s Fastest Man (1995–1998) and current Chairman of the Athletic Commission, Delhi Athletics. Under his expert guidance, Aehren has prepared rigorously for every major competition, continuing to evolve as a disciplined and high-performing young athlete
